Who we are
Dreamie Stories is run from the Netherlands by [company name, address, Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number and VAT number — to be added before launch].
The service
Dreamie Stories writes bedtime stories from the details you give it. The stories are fiction, written by AI, and meant to be read at bedtime. AI can make mistakes, so please read each story before or while you share it with your child.
Who may use it
You must be an adult to create an account or make stories. Children use Dreamie with an adult, not on their own.
Your stories
You may read, print and share the stories you make with family and friends. Please don't sell them or present them as the work of a named author.
Acceptable use
Don't use Dreamie to make sexual, violent, hateful or frightening content, and don't try to get around our safety checks. We may refuse a request or limit how many stories one person can make in a day.
Free plan
Reading stories yourself is free, up to a daily limit. No card is needed.
Dreamie Plus
Dreamie Plus is planned to add an AI narrator voice and a choice of American or British English. It is not available to buy. Joining early access records interest only; it does not start a trial, subscription or payment.
Future purchase terms
Before any paid offer opens, Dreamie will show the price, currency, applicable tax, any trial, billing frequency, renewal, cancellation, refund and withdrawal information before a parent agrees to pay. These terms are JURIDISCH TE VERIFIËREN before payments open.
Availability and liability
We work to keep Dreamie running and the stories suitable for children, but story writing and audio can sometimes fail or be unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.
Changes
If these terms change, the current version will be shown here. Any rules for paying customers will be added and legally reviewed before Dreamie Plus opens.
Law
Dutch law applies, without taking away the protection of the consumer law where you live.
